September 7th, 2022, IASME members community projects co-ordinator David Millard, and content manager Jane Waterfall set up a stall to welcome job seekers at the Malvern Library Job Fair. Jane Waterfall and diversity, inclusion and wellbeing officer Yvonne Charrot also set up a stall at the Worcester jobs fair in The Hive.
The fairs were informal events in which experts from a wide range of different careers, from West Mercia Police to Aldi, gave attendees advice and guidance on their future careers.
The Worcester Jobs Fair had coaches from the Job Centre, and careers advisors from the University of Worcester.
Staff were impressed by the high calibre of job applications interested in exploring a new career with IASME.
A great opportunity to do some networking. We look forward to receiving some new CVs!
